My Background and Approach
Rachel believes in a holistic approach to health and healing. Through an integration of several theories and ideologies, Rachel works with individuals, couples and families, specializing in relational therapy. The person we are today has much to do with the relationships we've had throughout the course of our lives. Each person has a unique story to tell and that story is a critical component of who we continue to become. Rachel's goal is to create a safe space with the right conditions for change where each client or relationship is able to increase awareness and find a lasting impact. There can be many underlying causes of mental, emotional, and psychological symptoms. Through the relationships built, Rachel ultimately hopes you will be able to increase life satisfaction and feel more success within your life. Rachel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
