About My Clients
Individuals I work with often experience concerns including but not limited to, adjustment, anxiety, depression, identity, relationship and eating and body image. Often my clients have developed patterns (emotional, behavioral or cognitive) in response to experiences of marginalization, conditional attachments or traumatic experiences. They often report feeling stuck in some way but also express curiosity about their internal processes as well as their lived experiences.
My Background and Approach
I approach the therapeutic relationship with humility and curiosity and work to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. My hope is to create a safe space for my clients to express their full selves and, in that process, feel seen and heard. Additionally, I hope to empower my clients with increased insight and skills to ultimately act with more agency and feel more connected with themselves and others.
