About My Clients
I am most passionate when helping those that are dealing with codependency, substance misuse, and many other addictions like Eating disorders. I am also a trauma therapist and utilize EMDR and brain spotting to help people struggling with PTSD, trauma, grief/loss ect
My Background and Approach
I am able to utilize brain spotting, EMDR, CBT and some DBT or solution focused therapy depending on the client and where they are at and what they need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mother and value family, culture, diversity and meeting people where they are at. Myself and one of my daughters struggle with neurodiversity, disabilities/autoimmune diseases, and we know what it is like to have something wrong that someone can't see or understand. I am working on 2 books about my own upbringing and abuse that I experienced as well as living with Multiple Sclerosis and having something someone can't see or understand. People see you are "normal" or "fine", and nothing is wrong, but inside you feel something very different. I want to continue to help people also struggling with this in different ways.
