I worked at the Meadows Ranch as Primary EMDR therapist for a little over a year. I enjoyed my work there and was sad to leave, although it was due to a family move out of state. I continue to learn and grow as a therapist, and work to also be able to use EMDR therapy when appropriate with clients struggling with an eating disorder.

I have worked on and developed codependency groups, primarily for women. Many people struggle with codependency, and sometimes just don't know what it's called. They are often seen struggling to say no to people, over extended themselves, and feeling that they give and give and no one ever returns the favor.

Working in several in-patient settings and with women at the Meadows Ranch I worked with a lot of individuals that have experienced trauma and abuse in one way or another. I have a passion for helping others, and trying to help them along in their journey in order to be able to live their best life and process what they have experienced in life so far.

I have been trained in EMDR, and able to utilize it while working at the Meadows Ranch in Wickenburg, Arizona helping women with eating disorders, anxiety, abuse, substance misuse, and co-occuring and personality disorders.

While working for the Meadows IOP and Meadows Ranch in Arizona, I was able to learn and Implement CBT in individual and group settings.

While working at the Meadows Ranch-Eating disorder treatment center, I was able to create and facilitate a codependency group and a substance misuse group. This is something that I continue to study while working towards acquiring more and more knowledge to help my clients. I believe it's very important to be aware of addictions in all areas of life, and how they are affecting us and others in our lives..

I have completed phase 1 and 2 of brain spotting, I have a phase 3 with David grand later this year as well as an expansion training. I have enjoyed learning and sharing this with my clients. Some clients prefer it so far over EMDR that I work with. You are able to access information that is stored deeper in your brain and work on many things such as anxiety, depression, stress, traumas ect
