About My Clients

I work with folks facing societal & familial stressors related to gender, sexuality & intimacy, and relationship orientation; who seek spiritually/mystically integrated care; artists/creatives seeking to improve their mental health and push through creative blockages; managing life milestone concerns, anxiety, depression & feeling stuck, relationship & familial distress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, career & academic stress, identity, grief & loss, disordered eating, cancer & chronic illnesses.

My Background and Approach

My approach comes with an understanding that people are multifaceted. When challenges arise, there is no cookie-cutter fix for the situation you may be facing as you are unique, and your therapy should be tailored to your needs. Talking about difficult matters can be hard, but it can be a little easier when you know you have someone you can trust to discuss them with. I come to sessions with the goal of being supportive, resourceful, authentic, and empathetic as building rapport with my clients is crucial to the therapeutic alliance.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an active participant in Spiritual and Mystical communities in my area. Spiritual and mystical experiences, cultural practices, and phenomena are not stigmatized in my practice. Pagans, Spiritualists, Occult & Folk Magic Practitioners, Psychics & Mediums, Gnostics, and those exploring these paths should have quality access to spiritually integrated care. I personally understand the feelings of disempowerment and betrayal when a therapist terminates sessions over a difference in beliefs. This is largely due to a therapist's lack of cultural humility, unchecked implicit bias, and being able to discern the difference between pathology and meaningful spiritual experiences.
