My Background and Approach
I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, a premarital program. I am also Level 1 & 2 certified in Gottman Couples Therapy, which is a couples therapy scientifically proven to strengthen relationships. My approach is supportive and collaborative. I strive to provide you with the tools you need so you can be successful long term.
