I work many clients on codependency themes in terms of finding the cause and having compassion for the behavior, as well as redirecting energy back towards the self.

Many of my clients find me when they are in the midst of coping with burnout. Our work provides a space to regroup, refocus and heal.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety of one form or another. There are many ways to address anxiety. In order to do it effectively it is vital to look beneath the surface to understand where it started.

I work with the relationship between myself and my client to work through obstacles that come up in relationships.

I am heavily influenced by psychoanalysis, but in an evolved way. I am far from a blank slate. I care a lot about early life experiences as well as present tense experiences.
