About My Clients

My ideal client is neurodivergent—often ADHD, autistic, or both—seeking a space where they don’t have to mask. They may feel misunderstood, burnt out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They’re curious, sensitive, and want to deepen self-awareness, unlearn internalized ableism, and build healthier relationships. Whether they’re navigating identity, boundaries, or executive functioning challenges, they’re ready for therapy that honors their brain, their story, and their pace.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with certifications as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). My background includes training in neurodiversity-affirming care, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and the DIR/Floortime model. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals—especially those with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD—through identity-affirming, strengths-based therapy. I work with children, teens, adults, and parents to build self-understanding, reduce shame, and develop strategies that align with how their brains work. In addition to clinical work, I serve on the advisory board of Bergen County CHADD and recently joined CHADD’s National Board of Directors. I speak at conferences on topics like masking, burnout, executive functioning, and RSD. My work is grounded in lived experience and a deep commitment to helping clients unmask, heal, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a multiply neurodivergent therapist, I believe in creating spaces where people can show up fully and be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. My work is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming values. I support LGBTQIA+ rights, disability justice, racial equity, and believe therapy must consider the broader systems that shape our lives. I’m committed to challenging ableism, white supremacy, and heteronormativity both within the mental health field and beyond. I speak and consult on topics like autistic burnout, masking, and affirming care, and I’m passionate about amplifying neurodivergent voices and building community. I stand with movements that protect trans rights, promote collective care, and expand access to mental health support. Outside the therapy room, I’m an advocate, educator, and lifelong learner who believes healing happens through connection, self-trust, and the freedom to exist authentically.
