About My Clients
My clients are young adults struggling with anxiety and a fear of not being good enough. They are usually highly accomplished individuals who still don’t feel enough and often get trapped in a perfection cycle.
My Background and Approach
I have over a decade of experience working with a diverse client population and have come to find the approaches that work. My treatment approach is grounded in evidence based treatment (aka therapy that works!) and rooted in a strong therapeutic alliance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all humans are beautiful and flawed and we are more alike than we are different with at our cores. believe all humans have the capacity to change with the right support and strategies.
