Rachel Dubrow, LCSW and Associates is a group of therapists in Northfield, IL who are active problem solvers who incorporate both real life experience and what the research shows to work to help you navigate out of patterns of anxiety, stress, relationship issues and other life transitions. My Background and Approach
Our practice specializes in treating 3 things: 1. anxious teens and young adults 2. adults wanting to find work/life balance and manage parenting stress 3. adults wanting to work on their communication and relationships and/or dating We work in partnership with all of our clients to create a safe environment where clients feel empowered and gain insight to stop feeling stuck and in pain.
