About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults of all ages. I include parents and families in treatment when indicated. My primary goal is to meet clients where they are at in order to build a trusting and nonjudgmental relationship. I strive to show up for my clients authentically in an effort to explore how they got to where they are, what may no longer be serving them, and to find meaning and purpose in the human experience.
My Background and Approach
I graduated in 2015 with my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Attachment and Family Systems Theory. I use a holistic, humanistic approach, always taking history, context, and human diversity into account. Adolescents have a special place in my heart, and I typically encourage parent participation and psycho-education as a part of treatment. I have various focuses and trainings. One of my specialties is Eating Disorders, which I approach from a Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, Full Recovery-Orientated perspective.
