Hiiii, I’m Rachel! Although I haven’t met you yet, I’m really freaking excited to. I already know you are awesome and that you deserve great therapy. I enjoy working with people trying to sort through the bullshit of life. Those that want to live deeply, authenticly (not sure that is a real word), but feel they just can’t figure out how to get there.
My Background and Approach
About me: I'm a very intense dog lover, queeeen of being happy doing nothing, and a serious empath/highly sensitive person. I like to think I'm open, kind, and down to earth as a person and within the therapy room. I enjoy taking an organic (let's see what comes up and explore that, not so methodical) and eclectic approach to therapy (let's tailor a combination of styles/theories to fit your needs).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone deserves a place in this world where they feel truly safe and heard, whether that is with me or another therapist, I genuinely hope you find what you are looking for :)
