About My Clients
Are you struggling with focus, motivation, or follow-through in daily life? I support adults with ADHD in building practical structure, strengthening habits, and developing skills that align with their values. We also work on managing anxiety and understanding how past experiences may still impact emotions, relationships, and self-confidence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your goals so you can feel more grounded, capable, and in control.
My Background and Approach
My framework for helping is focused on you as a whole person! I use techniques from multiple modalities to have a well-rounded approach. I have training in CBT, ACT, and EMDR therapy, allowing us to approach your concerns from all perspectives, incorporating mind, body, and personal circumstances that impact how you can show up in therapy and for yourself. We’ll work on building new skills to help with the 'now' which will give you relief from daily struggles and reflect on your past to find peace and healing from negative life experience or stuck-thinking patterns. I want you to leave our sessions feeling heard and a little lighter than when we started!
