I love working with clients on issues stemming from familial and relational conflict, cultural gaps, generational trauma, perfectionism, and other issues related to Asian American identities. I support clients through feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or other overwhelming experiences that can affect our mental health, personal relationships, and daily functions.
