I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Internal Family Systems (IFS,) Ego States Interventions, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I also work with couples using Attachment Theory, IFS, and the Gottman Method.
