About My Clients

If life has been feeling challenging lately and you're noticing more anxiety, I'm here to support you. Whether you’re seeking support for healing from your past or navigating a significant change, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.

My Background and Approach

My approach is grounded in warmth and collaboration, creating a space where you can explore your experiences, develop autonomy, and build resilience in the face of trauma and life’s challenges. With experience in a variety of settings—including working with incarcerated populations, family members of hospice patients, individuals struggling with severe substance abuse, and those in eating disorder treatment at all levels of care—I understand the complexities of healing and personal growth. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, substance abuse, and major life transitions, including the postpartum experience and later-in-life coming out.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that anybody can choose to learn and grow at any point in their life. People have life changes that impact their beliefs and can choose to seek awareness of their patterns. This allows for a rich opportunity to seek new ways of interacting with others and the world around you. I have spent time in my own therapy working on my attachment styles and the relationships I have with others. I believe in doing my own work in order to help support others on their journeys.
