I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you find relief from painful memories and experiences. With gentle guidance and calming techniques, ART allows you to shift the way difficult experiences feel, so the memory stays but the emotional pain eases. Many clients notice healing and peace in a shorter time than they expected.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients notice unhelpful thought patterns and understand how those thoughts affect feelings and behaviors. Together we'll practice new narratives which will change how you feel and respond. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and strategies that support change, build resilience, and create lasting improvements in your daily life.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients heal with compassion and curiosity. IFS sees that we all have many “parts” that protect, manage, or carry pain. In therapy, I guide you in connecting with your core Self—the calm, wise center within you—so you can understand your parts, release old wounds, and live with more balance and peace. My approach is gentle, nonjudgmental, and paced to meet you exactly where you are.

I work with clients experiencing PTSD using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and reframe traumatic memories. ART allows you to keep the memory of the experience while reducing the emotional intensity, often in fewer sessions than traditional therapy. This method helps you release lingering fear, shame, or distress, so you can feel safer in your body, regain control over your life, and move forward peacefully and confidently.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients experiencing thoughts of suicide, meeting you where you are and supporting you through the intensity of these feelings. I help you explore the underlying pain, identify coping strategies, and connect with your inner strengths and resources. My approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy, aiming to reduce immediate risk while fostering hope, resilience, and a sense of possibility for the future.

I approach anxiety from a nervous system perspective, understanding that anxiety is not just a thought problem but a body-based response to stress and perceived threat. By helping you notice how your body reacts, teaching regulation strategies, and supporting your nervous system to return to a state of safety, we can reduce anxiety more effectively and sustainably.
