Trauma of any amount greatly impacts our development and ability to thrive. Creating issues within the family system, depression, anxiety, and feelings of hopelessness. My practice holds space to heal and enable growth to cope with these symptoms. I am an EMDR and TF-CBT trained therapist. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, young and not so young. I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist who believes that all are genuinely welcome and accepted in my office.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a humanistic egalitarian approach in session. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and rapport, without those there is no room for healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe given the proper open-minded space we can all heal and change. I believe all humans are capable of goodness, and kindness matters. I am a strong ally and advocate for social justice reforms.
