About My Clients
My passion is helping people who have experienced trauma. Trauma can come in many forms. Healing is possible! I also am able to address a variety of other concerns.
My Background and Approach
I use a whole person, strength based, trauma informed approach and draw from several modalities for my interventions. We start where you are and work on the present situation that you want to address. I tailor and individualize your plan to best meet your needs. I am constantly learning the most up to date and research backed interventions to help.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I care about people genuinely and have a desire to help people in their healing journey. I have worked with many people of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings and have been told by others that I am a good listener and have been called innovative. What you see is what you get. I am real, down to earth and kind. I believe this is my calling and really love this profession. I am able to include faith in counseling as relevant and desired.
