About My Clients
I work well with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and identity issues. I specialize in working with adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder , Anxiety, and members of the LGBTTQQIAAP+ community. My hope in providing treatment is to help people feel more confident in themselves and increase clarity and support around processing issues related to their identity.
My Background and Approach
I am currently a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Antioch University New England), as well as a Masters in both Clinical Psychology (AUNE) and Social Work (Boston University). I have a background in testing, residential treatment, and several forms of outpatient treatment (including intensive outpatient, private practice outpatient, and community mental health). I also over Autism and ADHD Diagnostic Testing. My approach tends to be integrative and to consider the person as a unique individual. I enjoy integrating CBT, DBT, and feminist styles in order to help people reach their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member of the LGBTTQQIAAP+ community and have a deep love for animals (especially my dog Parker!), travel, and social justice.
