About My Clients
I offer therapy to teens and adults struggling with eating disorders, disorder eating, body image concerns, maternal mental health & motherhood issues, postpartum depression & anxiety, and mood issues. I practice from a HAES-aligned, weight-neutral approach. I practice a warm, yet direct approach that integrated humor in addition to various modalities such as strength-based and relational approached, CBT, DBT, and IFS. *I am licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware!*
My Background and Approach
I have almost a decade of specialized eating disorder therapy and treatment experience in addition to advanced training from PSI for all things maternal mental health! My approach is collaborative in such a way that we work together to address your goals and how you reach them. I am heavily rooted in HAES-aligned values and work with many clients looking to free themselves from diet-culture and the food and body image noise that can be overwhelming.
