I combine warmth, humor, and real-world practicality. We’ll start by exploring your story, values, and strengths. Together, we’ll pinpoint the root of stressors—whether it’s cultural expectations, trauma history, sensory overwhelm, people-pleasing, or chronically ignoring your own needs. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” roadmap to motherhood. Instead, you deserve compassionate, practical support that honors your unique strengths, values, and family culture. My training includes DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and I’m proudly neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I work from a social model of disability and am deeply committed to dismantling unrealistic “super-mom” expectations by equipping you with tools to meet your needs—so you can show up as the best parent and person you want to be.
