About My Clients
My clients come from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences. Most have endured some form of prolonged trauma and/or grief. They are brave, creative, and deeply feeling individuals who are seeking to know themselves more fully. They are often asking deep existential questions about life and death - purpose and meaning. Most of my clients are ready for things to change and are seeking some form of deep transformation in their life.
My Background and Approach
I offer online, in office, and nature sessions to preteens, teens, and adults. Somatic practices and nervous system regulation create a stable foundation for growth. Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness facilitate mental clarity through parts integration and the release of patterns that no longer serve you. While Jungian analysis invites existential questioning and deep, subconscious transformation through alchemy and archetypal healing. This goes beyond symptom management to address the root cause, creating a sense of safety, wholeness, & belonging within. I also specialize in helping clients tend to their grief, which is often complex and cyclical. It can come in many forms, whether from the death of a loved one, a lost opportunity, what you needed but didn't receive, or the years spent masking your authentic self. Your grief deserves to be witnessed and honored with compassion and reverence. My approach is gentle yet persistent. Let's find a path forward by turning inward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My time spent volunteering for hospice has helped ground me in the preciousness of the simple things in life. I feel deeply humbled and grateful to have shared such sacred moments. This inspired me to train as a death doula which has prepared me to guide end-of-life planning, spiritual curiosity, and navigate death anxiety. Having spent the first part of my career as an environmental activist, I am also well suited to hold space for environmental or political distress. Throughout my own healing journey, I have found most traditional talk therapy to be lacking. This is why I believe that in order for deep healing to take place, we must address all aspects of the mind-body-spirit triad. This holistic approach invites both an expansion of consciousness through transpersonal psychology and a deepening into an exploration of our subconscious through depth psychology. Let's expand the horizon of what's possible in your life.
