About My Clients
Many of my clients are high achievers who appear to have everything together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected on the inside. Others are navigating difficult changes and want a supportive, collaborative space to process what's next. You are the expert on your life. I also aim to help you reconnect with your own resilience, identify what's getting in the way, and support you in creating a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients through many seasons of life. My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools you can use outside of session. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems. Our work together will focus on creating meaningful, sustainable change. We'll celebrate progress, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build skills that support long-term emotional well-being. You can expect a warm, supportive environment where honesty is welcomed, laughter is allowed, and difficult conversations are met with compassion rather than judgment. I'll challenge you when needed, encourage you when things feel difficult, and work alongside you as we pursue the goals that matter most to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you've spent a long time carrying everything on your own. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or navigating a major life transition, you don't have to figure it out alone. My goal is to provide a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to have all the answers. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and create practical strategies that help you feel more confident in your everyday life. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're looking for a therapist who is collaborative, affirming, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you create meaningful change, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
