About My Clients
I work with children, adults, and parents navigating trauma, loss, and patterns rooted in early attachment wounds. My clients are deep feelers, cycle-breakers, and seekers of meaningful change. Together, we create a safe, steady space for curiosity, compassion, and nervous system healing. Whether you're overwhelmed, stuck, or longing for deeper connection—with yourself or others—you are not alone. Healing happens in relationship, and you're welcome here.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in complex trauma, attachment, and nervous system healing. For over a decade, I’ve supported adults, children, and parents navigating the impact of painful histories—early relational wounds, emotional neglect, childhood trauma, identity struggles, and cycles they’re ready to break. I use a relational, depth-oriented approach that integrates parts work, EMDR, parent-child approaches, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic insight to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and feel more whole. Many of the people I work with look like they have it together on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected beneath the surface. I offer a steady, compassionate space where we can slow down, listen deeply, and make sense of the patterns that shaped you—so you can choose new ones. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships—where all parts of you are welcome. I value depth, authenticity, and the courage it takes to explore painful experiences with compassion. I’m committed to anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, body-liberating, and trauma-informed care. I recognize how systems of oppression affect mental health and aim to hold space for the full complexity of your story. As a therapist, parent, and human, I care deeply about breaking cycles, nurturing secure connections, and creating spaces where people can be seen and valued for who they truly are. I support social justice movements that affirm dignity, equity, and care for all people, and I continually reflect on my own privilege and responsibility as a provider. Whether you’ve felt unseen, overwhelmed, or like you had to carry it all alone—I’m here to hold space, not to fix you, but to walk with you toward healing and wholeness.
