My clients include children, teens, and adults who may be struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life transitions. I work with veterans, members of the BIPOC community, and the LGBTQ+ community, looking for a safe space to heal. Together, we focus on building confidence, coping skills, and creating lasting change. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and care as you move toward greater balance and well-being.
My Background and Approach
My approach combines evidence-based therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy ( CBT), with personalized medication management to assist clients in achieving optimal mental health and well-being. My expertise covers a range of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and Autism. I believe in creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic connection with my clients based on trust, respect, and empathy. By actively listening to their concern and involving them in decision-making processes. I hope to encourage people to take an active role in their mental health journey.
