About My Clients
I specialize in working with Millennials and Gen-Z on issues such as addiction and harm reduction, sexual assault and sexual abuse, complex trauma and patterns of difficult personal relationships. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, shame, and life changes, and provide support to couples in revitalizing and strengthening their relationships.
My Background and Approach
My style is relational and collaborative. I strive to create a genuine, patient and non-judgmental environment where my clients feel empowered to embrace themselves authentically and connect more deeply with themselves in order to achieve their goals. Employing a psychodynamic framework, I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual’s unique identity, aspirations, and personal history, fostering a transformative environment for healing and personal growth. I received training at Hillside Wellness Center in Sherman Oaks. I hold my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Individuals' identities and experiences are influenced and molded by the unique cultural backgrounds they come from. As a result, effective therapy should always take into consideration the interplay of diverse cultural identities, which encompass factors such as gender, socioeconomic status, religion and spirituality, race, ethnicity, generation, accessibility and health, sexual orientation, and numerous other aspects.
