About My Clients
LGBTQ+: Everyone deserves a life filled with love and happiness. Whether you are starting to question your gender identity, or need guidance on how to start your transition, or struggle with other issues as LGBTQ+, together we can work towards an individual plan created just for you. I specialize in helping teens and adults explore their gender identity, and offer consistent support in all phases of transition.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in treating trauma using EMDR and TF-CBT. However, my passion is helping those in the LGBTQ+ community with a variety of issues not limited to trauma. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches to be able to find the best method to serve the individual client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my belief that everyone deserves to live their life as their authentic self. It isn't as easy as it sounds and I want to be able to help people identify their authentic self and blossom into who they have always felt they truly are.
