About My Clients
You may be living with the effects of sexual harm, abuse, or other forms of interpersonal trauma in ways that feel difficult to put into words—perhaps through emotional numbness, body-based distress, challenges with trust, or a lingering sense of feeling unsafe. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a supportive place to start.
My Background and Approach
My work focuses on helping you find relief from trauma-related symptoms by strengthening the relationship you have with yourself and gradually rebuilding a sense of safety, stability, and trust—both internally and in your relationships. Together, we will explore your inner world, your life experiences, and the social contexts that shape your story. Our work together is relational, collaborative, and guided by your specific needs. I integrate a variety of trauma-specific treatment approaches, such as EMDR, IFS, and somatic-oriented therapy to support healing that attends to both the body and the mind. When we work with trauma, we do so gently and at a pace that feels within your control.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing comes from being met with care, consistency, and respect. My therapy room is a space where you are believed, supported, and never rushed. It is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where you don’t have to carry this alone.
