About My Clients

My expertise is helping LGBTQ, neurodivergent, complex trauma survivors build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I see individuals and couples. If you feel like you’ve never had a healthy relationship, like you’ve never fit in no matter how hard you try, like you and your partner’s trauma keeps triggering each other despite loving each other deeply, or like you’re stuck in your head and can’t feel your feelings, you’re in the right place.

My Background and Approach

I used Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and IFIO to help individuals and couples build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Most of our problems stem from a part of ourselves that we haven’t fully understood or healed taking over in times of stress and encouraging us to make decisions out of fear rather than love. By creating a safe and authentic space for you to access your inner wisdom and build a secure relationship to your Self, we can work towards helping you build a network of thriving relationships and a life filled with meaning and connection. I strive to make therapy something you look forward to attending, even when things are hard. Through genuine connection, feminist principles, and a good dose of humor, I cultivate healing spaces when you can show up as your fullest, messiest self. Working together, we can help you find your path back to your inner gifts and authenticity and develop true connection with the people you love.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a proudly neurodivergent, queer, and feminist clinician. I am a feminist and a vegan, and I have a passion for advocating for domestic violence survivors. I believe therapy should be a place where you can set down your mask and connect with the parts of you that you have the hardest time accepting. I believe humor and connection are healing, and I believe reconnecting to our feelings and our bodies is the best way to heal. Relationships are hard, but I believe cultivating love and connection is always possible when starting from a base of secure attachment to Self.
