About My Clients
We provide compassionate, individualized care that supports a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs, including anxiety and worry, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, ADHD and attention concerns, stress related to life transitions, self-esteem and confidence building, and meaningful parent support. By focusing on each client’s unique experiences and strengths, we help children, teens, and families develop effective coping skills.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University. I believe therapy should feel supportive, approachable, and tailored to each individual. When working with children, I use play therapy to help them express feelings and experiences in developmentally appropriate ways. With teens and adults, I provide a thoughtful, collaborative space to explore emotions, build insight, and develop practical coping strategies. Across all ages, I focus on: Helping clients feel emotionally safe and supported Encouraging healthy expression of thoughts and feelings Supporting emotional regulation and coping skills Building confidence and resilience Strengthening relationships and communication
