About My Clients
My clients are individuals and families who needs assistance with processing: trauma, addiction, grief, lifestyle transitioning, depression and anxiety, personality disorders, work-related conflicts, life coaching, assessment and referral, case management, and resources.
My Background and Approach
I’m a clinical mental health therapist, my background ties both psychotherapy and community counseling in one profession; Licensed Professional Counselor. I’ve counseled in several settings: hospital, clinic, outpatient, inpatient, and residential. I’ve assisted individuals and families with diverse backgrounds and worked closely with physicians, community, and organizations to provide the best mental health care for my clients. I have experience with assessment and evaluation, recommendations and referrals, and crisis counseling. I’m familiar with the mental health laws in the Oklahoma state. My counseling approach is client centered, I’m meeting you where you are, let me know how I can assist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in holistic healing, I believe in a multidisciplinary approach to overall healthcare and mental health is very much apart of it. I believe in coordination of care between providers for the longevity of health. I hold few bias beliefs and I welcome all.
