About My Clients
My therapeutic approach to therapy is to help individuals understand their place in the world and how they can create a meaningful life. My focus areas are depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, mood disturbances, and work-life balance; in addition to crisis management.
My Background and Approach
I approach setting goals at the beginning of our therapeutic relationship, goals are draft and redrafted to ensure we have the same vision for your success. Each goal is match with an identifiable objective. I'm easily to talk to, genuinely cares about mental health, and has an unbiased heart. I understand the feelings of being misunderstood and mentally displaced. What encourages me in this line of work is knowing I can help with one conversation at a time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My most common used therapeutic approaches are: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotional focus therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focus therapy.
