I have significant experience working with male clients both in group and individual therapy for various mental health organizations addressing the areas of addiction, domestic abuse, PTSD among other mental health issues. I also have experience working with Veterans.
My Background and Approach
I am a Masters Level Therapist that can provide therapy primarily focused in areas such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, general trauma, addiction, grief and couples counseling. I specialize in working with the male population. I truly believe men have been shorted in our society to receive the same level of empathy, compassion and empowerment that women receive through various resources. It is my passion and goals to change that culture. I provide a safe space for men to be vulnerable, vent, process and heal.
