Are you an over thinker? Feel sad some days? Feel disconnected from your mind or body? You're not alone. My name is Puja and I love helping individuals who are struggling with these same issues. I am passionate about building skills to stay calm when things feel out of control. I have experience with working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression and trauma. I am passionate about contributing to the lives of minorities, women, and LGBTQI+ populations.

Through my unique approach, I help clients feel better right away and improve their self awareness and relationship with yourself and others. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the human psyche. In a supportive space, you can take steps to feel grounded, hopeful and more fulfilled. Sessions are tailored to your specific interests and needs. I offer therapy, yoga or a blend both.
