My Background and Approach

I work with adults—especially BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first-gen, and multicultural clients—facing trauma, identity questions, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, AEDP, DBT, and culturally responsive frameworks, I help you explore patterns, manage emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we heal through relationships where we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves; therapy can provide a space where this self is seen and supported. Ideally, we leave therapy with a stronger sense of who we are; this gives us a greater capacity for weathering life's storms and making meaningful change.
