About My Clients
If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space where you can slow down, feel seen, and explore what’s beneath the surface, at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating a loss, a life change, or past pain that still lingers, I offer a safe, compassionate space to unpack emotions, explore patterns, and find relief. You don’t have to carry it alone.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland and the founder of EchoBloom Counseling, where I offer virtual therapy for adults seeking deeper healing and clarity. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in warmth and collaboration. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges, particularly for those who’ve spent years being the strong one for everyone else. My background includes experience in community mental health and working with individuals navigating grief, childhood trauma, and identity exploration. I integrate evidence-based tools with insight-oriented reflection, helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with your inner steadiness. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or doing long-overdue inner work, I offer a space where you can exhale, be fully seen, and begin healing at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value cultural humility and holding space for complex identities. I support LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and believe therapy should be inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I’m passionate about helping those who’ve always been the strong one finally feel safe to let go. Outside of therapy, I care about equity in mental health, storytelling, and showing up with warmth and realness.
