About My Clients
I welcome any and all individuals! My years of experience in the clinical field have provided me with the tools to support multicultural children, families, and individuals trying to break away from depression, anxiety, loss and grief, stress, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, acculturation, life transitions, and among many others.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained by industry leaders in evidenced-based practices that support your growth and healing journey: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Perinatal Mood Disorders that further helps support an array of mental health needs. Also, I am a certified Instructor and Educator of Infant Massage which allows me to support the attachment dyad between parent/caregiver and baby.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about my role in helping individuals and families find peace in their world. In therapy, I help guide your individual healing process in a safe, respectful, and compassionate space. I use an empathetic approach to support your way in making sense of the struggles that come with unforeseen experiences. Growing up under the eyes of trauma gave me a powerful narrative to first-hand understand the strength and effort it takes to break away from the chains that bind you, allowing me to be a strong advocate for those who are trying to find their voice.
