About My Clients

We don't hide the cracks; we highlight them in gold. Your history of struggle doesn't make you 'damaged goods'; it makes you a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that is stronger for having been repaired.

My Background and Approach

I didn't choose the name Broken PLLC because I believe people are 'unfixable.' I chose it because I saw a gap in the mental health field. Too often, therapy feels like a sterile, clinical process where you’re expected to 'tidy up' your life for an hour a week. My background is rooted in CognitiveBehavioralTherapy. Through years of sitting with people in their darkest moments, I realized that true healing doesn't happen when we try to erase our history—it happens when we stop being ashamed of the fractures. I built this practice to be the 'workshop' for those fractures. At Broken PLLC, my approach is built on three pillars: Radical Honesty, Clinical Precision, and Creative Rebuilding.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

1. Radical Honesty (The Entry) We start exactly where you are. If your life feels shattered, we don't start by looking for a silver lining. We start by acknowledging the mess. My approach is "low-masking," meaning you don’t have to perform for me. We deal with the raw materials of your reality. 2. Clinical Precision (The Tools) While the name is bold, the work is evidence-based. I utilize CBT to provide the structural support you need. Think of me as the architect: you bring the pieces, and I bring the blueprints and tools to help you reconstruct a foundation that won't give way next time. 3. Creative Rebuilding (The Integration) We aren't aiming to return you to the person you were before life "broke" you. That person didn't have the wisdom you have now. Our goal is to integrate your experiences—the good, the bad, and the traumatic—into a version of yourself that is more resilient, authentic, and "gold-seamed."
