About My Clients
Do you feel stuck in life and can’t figure out why? Are there days that pretending to be “okay” feels like too much? Maybe you've felt depressed or anxious for a long time and nothing seems to work or feel after years of being hurt your unable to trust someone to help you. The clients I’ve seen have faced these very same dilemmas and more. I work with people who are ready for something to change to be able to feel actually okay again. I offer a safe space to process the hardest moments.
My Background and Approach
I love working with youth and adults who are overcoming life's hurdles. I specialize in working with those that have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, or domestic violence. I have helped teens overcome stressors in life and unique situations related to military families. I am EMDR trained and a nationally credentialed advocate with a designation in domestic violence, sexual assault, and program management. I use empathy in all I do to help clients feel as though recovery is possible and that they aren't limited to just their trauma experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a trauma survivor, I find fulfillment in helping others forge their paths forward. I am passionate about helping military families and veterans overcome trauma and stressors. I believe very strongly that everyone can be whole again we all just need a little support sometimes.
