My Background and Approach
I specialize in offering services to those who struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self esteem, relationship issues/communication issues, and many other issues. Some frameworks I draw from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person Centered Therapy.
