My Background and Approach
Licensed Psychologist (PhD) in the State of Florida and Founder of True Purpose Behavioral Health Services, PLLC. I have extensive experience using CBT approaches to address various conditions such as depression, insomnia, substance use, and chronic pain management. In addition to treating PTSD/trauma using PE and CPT therapies. Overall, my approach to therapy is very goal-oriented and collaborative in nature.
