My Background and Approach
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I bring years of experience providing integrative mental health care. My approach combines evidence-based treatments—including medication management, lifestyle interventions, and supportive psychotherapy—tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and mind-body wellness, including the use of nutritional and behavioral strategies that complement traditional treatment.
