About My Clients
Are you tired, burnt out, overwhelmed and struggling to find work life balance between work, school, and family ? Are you feeling increasingly fatigued, having trouble concentrating or more irritable lately. Do you find yourself being everything to everyone else and you're left feeling completely depleted at the end of the day? I particularly enjoy treating women ages 18-40 with issues such as depression, anxiety ADHD and perinatal mental health issues.
My Background and Approach
As a Nurse Practitioner with two certifications one in family practice and one in psychiatry/mental health I offer and integrative approach to treatment and am able to offer you more than just medication management. This includes nutritional and supplemental recommendations. The treatments that I provide help to identify the root cause of your symptoms and help you to tackle these symptoms using a holistic approach. Eliminating unnecessary stressors, prioritizing and establishing self care routines, sleep hygiene , setting boundaries, diet and exercise in conjunction to medication management yields the best results.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a woman and mother of 3 myself I get how stressful life can be at times. I get how lonely motherhood can be at times but I also know that you are not alone. I too have been the overachieving grad student/worker with people pleasing tendencies which ultimately led to burn out. There is so much freedom in learning how to say "no". Whatever walk of life you're in right now I believe that I can help you create a plan that works for you.
