About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals exploring identity, managing life transitions, or navigating cultural and mental health challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting BIPOC clients and helping them feel seen, understood, and empowered.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in the mental health field for over 8 years and completed my Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at Thomas University. My passion for counseling comes from a deep belief in the power of connection and healing. As a South Asian woman and daughter of immigrants, I understand the impact of culture and identity on mental health and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care. I provide a warm, affirming space for individuals navigating identity exploration, life transitions, and mental health challenges. My goal is to support your healing and growth by honoring every part of who you are—mind, body, heart, and spirit.
