I am a therapist in Denver, CO who's been helping people uncover what is stopping them from feeling the way they want to feel for over two decades. I won’t just sit and nod my head - I will be actively involved in figuring out what your reality consists of and how to make it better. There is no magic pill solution, but there is a beautiful and complex system of Your Life. Ok, maybe it does not feel beautiful right now, but you definitely deserve to get there. I am a compassionate, goal-oriented therapist who understands that this isn't just about talking about feelings, or just about reaching goals. We'll work together to find a process that really works for You and leaves you feeling good each day about yourself and your life projects. If a relationship is your main struggle, I am happy to provide a Couple Counseling for all stages and kinds of "WE". If the issue is not with your spouse/partner, but with another adult member of Your family, we can work on this too!
