About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who may look like they have it together but privately feel disconnected, lonely, frustrated, or stuck. You may be struggling with your relationship, intimacy, trust, infidelity, pornography, sexual concerns, shame, or a major life transition. I also welcome LGBTQ+, kink, and non-monogamous clients. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly what is wrong before you come in.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, conversational, and direct. You do not have to clean up your story, make it sound better, or worry that I will judge you. We can talk openly about the things that are often hardest to say out loud—relationship problems, sex, affairs, resentment, pornography, shame, identity, trauma, or simply feeling unhappy with where life has taken you. I will help you slow things down, understand the patterns that keep repeating, and look at what may be happening underneath the surface. I work with both individuals and couples and draw from relationship therapy, trauma work, attachment, EMDR, and sex therapy depending on what you need. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as an entrepreneur and business leader, so I also understand the pressure that can come with success, responsibility, and being the person everyone else depends on.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people do best in therapy when they can be fully honest without worrying about being judged, corrected, or made to feel ashamed. You should not have to edit your story before bringing it into the room. I believe relationships are complicated, sexuality is deeply personal, and there is rarely one “right” way to build a meaningful life. My role is not to tell you who you should be, what your relationship should look like, or what choices you should make. My role is to help you understand yourself more clearly and make decisions that feel honest and intentional. I welcome people of different identities, relationship structures, sexualities, and backgrounds. I am sex-positive, kink-conscious, LGBTQ+ affirming, and comfortable talking about topics that may feel difficult to discuss elsewhere. Most importantly, I believe therapy should feel human. You can expect curiosity, openness, respect, and straightforward conversation.
