About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults who may appear capable on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful patterns. They may be navigating childhood or relational trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD, burnout, or life transitions. Many understand why their patterns developed but need support creating deeper change, strengthening boundaries, improving relationships, and developing greater self-trust.

My Background and Approach

I earned my MSW with a clinical specialization from the University of Washington and provide online individual therapy for adults throughout Washington State. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming. I integrate EMDR and EMDR 2.0, Internal Family Systems and parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment perspectives, mindfulness, and practical ADHD strategies. Together, we may explore the experiences, beliefs, emotional responses, and protective patterns that continue to affect your life. Therapy with me includes warmth, curiosity, honest reflection, and respect for your pace. We will build a foundation of safety before approaching difficult experiences, and you will not be pressured to process anything before you feel ready. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and trust in yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are not broken. Many painful patterns began as intelligent ways of coping, staying connected, or protecting yourself during difficult experiences. Therapy can help you appreciate how those patterns once served you while developing new ways of living that reflect who you are today. As a South Asian and Punjabi immigrant therapist, I understand that emotional well-being is shaped by culture, family, identity, community, and lived experience. I am committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care for BIPOC, immigrant and first-generation, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ clients. You should not have to minimize important parts of yourself to feel understood in therapy. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your values, identities, strengths, and experiences are respected.
