My Background and Approach
I am located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and offer virtual online therapy sessions for residents of Illinois, Utah, and Michigan. Coaching for residents of the USA and internationally.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a licensed clinical social worker passionate about connecting with women holistically to heal from the past and move forward to cultivate an authentic, freedom-filled life. I’m passionate about counseling women in the virtual space (because it’s what I wish I would have had when I first started my healing journey) to learn, grow, and flourish into the women they are intended to be - guided by someone who has done it first. After over a decade in the mental health and non-profit world, I launched this business to support women as my full-time work. Since then, I have connected with hundreds of women who are cultivating and flourishing in life and business. My lived experience and formal clinical training provide a unique approach to meeting you right where you are, utilizing a trauma-informed approach. Unlike other therapy experiences, my practice is rooted in the belief that you are the authority in your life. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I’m here to guide and support.
