My Background and Approach
I have experience working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, marital issues, and an array of other issues that have led to overwhelming stress and difficulty. I have worked with individuals, couples, families and groups utilizing individually based specific approaches tailoring to specific needs present. Allow me the opportunity to assist you with making the changes you so desire. I have a predominate focus of working with both young and middle age adults struggling with anxiety symptoms that leave them feeling not good enough and isolated with their thoughts. Our sessions can work towards minimizing anxiety and providing grounding to enhance social and professional functioning.
