About My Clients

My ideal clients are individuals who feel ready to confront the challenges holding them back but need a supportive, non-judgmental space to do so. I best serve those navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or the long-term effects of stress. If you are looking for a therapist who balances deep empathy with practical tools for growth, we may be a great fit. I am committed to helping you build resilience and find a clearer path forward.

My Background and Approach

I am a clinical mental health counselor associate. My professional background is built on supporting individuals through their most difficult transitions, ensuring they have both the emotional and practical support needed to move forward. I have extensive experience navigating the complexities of generational and racial trauma. For you, this means entering a therapeutic space where your identity and history are honored, not questioned. My background in advocacy and case management allows me to offer a grounded, resourceful perspective—helping you untangle systemic stressors while we do the deep work of healing. The benefit to my clients is a practitioner who is "unshockable" and deeply committed to your dignity. Whether you are processing a single event or a lifetime of systemic pressure, I provide the expert insight and steady presence necessary for you to reclaim your sense of self and build lasting resilience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a Black woman, founder, and therapist, I am driven by the belief that high-quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone, not just a privileged few. My mission is to bridge the gap for those who have historically been underserved or misunderstood by traditional systems. I am deeply committed to providing a sanctuary for BIPOC individuals, military members, veterans, and their families, ensuring they receive care that honors their unique sacrifices and lived experiences. My values are rooted in social equity and the restoration of dignity for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Having trained extensively in victim advocacy and trauma recovery, I stand as a dedicated ally for those navigating the complexities of generational and racial trauma. I believe in a therapeutic process that is both culturally responsive and empowering—one that recognizes your resilience and supports your right to heal on your own terms.
