As a liberation centered trauma therapist who is deeply committed to holistic healing, we’ll explore healing your self and relationships in your present day life, as well as in the legacies you’ve inherited. We’ll also explore the ways that power and oppression have shaped your experiences, and how they continue to shape your life now. We'll have the opportunity to explore deep body awareness; arts experiences such as music, movement, drawing, or writing, guided visualizations and hypnotherapy, resource-centered brainspotting, parts work, rituals, ecospiritual healing. We will work together to redefine what it means for you to have the gifts of high sensitivity and intuition, and how you want to bring them into this world. It is absolutely possible for you to be held in relationships, to have discerning boundaries, to build tolerance and skills for conflict and repair, and to have conscious, joyful choice around how when and how you utilize your gifts to engage with this world.

Therapy is political, and healing is liberatory! I am passionate about the liberatory practice of healing, and deeply critical of my field's complicity to ongoing genocides, incarceration, policing, resource extraction, centering whiteness, and pathologization. I offer liberation-centered somatic therapy, brainspotting, expressive arts, parts work, hypnotherapy, and spiritual therapy for LGBTTSQIA+ folx and allies who have lived through and live with trauma, abuse, and oppression - basing healing of the individual within relationship and community. I am passionate about supporting others in reconnecting with the wisdom of their body-mind, heart, community, spirit, ancestors, and the Earth, as well as reclaiming their power and creating a life that centers, honors, and uplifts them and others. I am just as passionate about the life-long process of engaging in the decolonization, unlearning whiteness, and liberation of healing practices, within my fields and my life.
